Ed Snowden

Ed began his career as a Housekeeping Manager in 1977 with ServiceMaster. He went on to manage Environmental Services at several Senior Living Communities and acute care Hospitals in NYC, NJ and PA.  Over his career, he grew through the ranks in both operations and to become an officer at the Aramark Corp. 

Throughout his career Ed earned a reputation as both a servant leader and a tireless mentor who cares deeply about his team. Ed never forgot where the vital work gets done, and could always be found rounding the floors speaking directly to the Service Associates he led.

Ed successfully completed the ServiceMaster Executive MBA program.  He and his wife reside in a Philadelphia, PA. suburb. 

Mark Winner

Mark is a seasoned operations executive with over 30 years experience in the Managed Service industry, most recently with Aramark as Vice President of Operations in the healthcare market.  In this role his $90MM portfolio included leadership for Facility, Food and Ancillary Services in acute care and senior living market segments. 

A core tenant of Mark’s leadership philosophy is the criticality of a highly engaged team.  An engaged team member who willingly gives incremental effort when nobody is watching is key to achieve optimal outcomes and to exceed customer expectations. 

Mark earned a BS from Villanova University in Business Administration, and an MBA from Drexel University. 

Mark and his wife Annie reside in Malvern, PA.
